Designed by our in-house Food Application Lab, Faramix IC 193 is a functional system meant to formulate vegan and low-fat ice-creams. Its ingredients (Sodium Alginate, Inunlin, Gum Arabic Senegal, Nutralys pea proteins and carob seed flour) are selected to provide a final product, where taste, texture, and mouthfeel are perfectly balanced.
