In this issue we publish technical-scientific study on the control of fish-borne zoonotic parasites in the food service and the recent applied researches on metabolomic and metagenomic approach for the cheese production, systems for the lactobacilli manipulation, and new genetic editing tools.

The eighth edition of the Immagino GS1 Observatory “scanned” the labels of over 115,000 products, sold in Italy between 2019 and 2020; we present the emerging claims. We publish the findings of the study on the environmental impact evolution of agriculture in Italy over the last 20 years, conducted by Areté for the CIA, and the EU strategy on adaptation to climate change.
