Let's review interesting international research on pasta, bread and feed: the Bari University conducted a study aimed at identifying the advantages of black chickpea flour in semolina pasta, some Chinese researchers have studied the effects of adding multigrain flour to bread, and Russian researchers have dicovered bacteria with a high keratinolytic activity for recycling of poultry waste.
