The January issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on the state of the art, new perspectives, and new milling applications of starches. Another paper features the performance of edible films obtained from Citrus pectins and transglutaminase-modified phaseolin.
Concerning exhibition reports, machines and technologies introduced at Powtech of Nurnberg and CibusTec of Parma shows are published in this issue. The secondo part of the international conference on food safety and security is reported as well. The January issue covers the 2014 crop quality of USA wheat,  and also new studies on feedstuff and analysis systems.
