The June issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on an alternative technique of mating disruption in the control of Ephestia kuehniella Zell. (Lepidoptera Pyraloidea, Phycitidae) in food industries. A further paper reports the results of the development of functional foods based on tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum).
