The July issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on the analysis of the uncertainty in the carbon footprint of pasta. Another paper deals with the variation of bioactive compounds in durum wheat kernel after parboiling process.
