The August issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on an enriched gluten-free pasta based on maize and chickpea flour in order to obtain an healthier product. Another paper reports the 2014 Rapid alert system for food and feed (RASFF) in the European Union.
