The October issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The latest issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on the quality of durum wheat from organic crops with the results of four-year-trials. A further paper presents the results of the Contrimpcer project to monitor technological characteristics of cereals imported in Italy.
Among the news: reports of the Achema trade fair in Frankfurt (Germany), the Victam/Fiaap/Grapas show in Köln (Germany), and the Ipack-Ima exhibition in Milan (Italy); the proceedings of the Aistec/ICC international congress on applied research in the cereal food chain; Italian import/export of cereals in 2015; applied research on wheat and barley; enzymatic ingredients for flours; researches on new feed ingredients for lactating cows; studies on nutraceutical pasta and low immunogenic pasta; use essential oils as pest control agents; and so on.
