The November issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on the effect of debranning on T-2 and HT-2 toxin content in durum wheat kernels and milling fractions. A further paper deals with the use of insects in fish and poultry feeding, with an analysis of the main chemical and nutritional characteristics of some insect flours.
Among the news in the departments: they continue the reports of the Victam/Fiaap/Grapas exhibition in Köln (Germany), and the Ipack-Ima one in Milan (Italy); it ends the report of the Aistec/Icc International Congress on applied research in the cereal food chain; data on the 2015 wheat crop quality in France and U.S.A.; applied research on feed ingredients to obtain performing feedstuff; studies on the use of pasta production by-products; researches on pest control; and so on.
