The April issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with an applied research on larval development of Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) (Lepidoptera, Pyralidae) on different substrata, including pasta. A further paper investigates on the influence of ingredients and pasteurisation on quality changes during storage of gluten free fresh filled pasta.
