The June issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available
The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with an applied research on in vitro starch digestibility and quality attributes of gluten-free tagliatelle prepared with teff flour and a new bean cultivar. A further paper describes the development and validation of a screening method for the food security and control plans of chloramphenicol residues in food and feed.
