The September issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available

The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on the recent developments in mycotoxin analysis in cereals, feeds and food. A further paper describes the results of an applied research on the development of new functional dry and fresh pasta made of an ancient purple durum wheat variety.
