The February issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available

The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper on a new functional pasta obtained thanks to the supplementation with bran extracts according to an approach “from wheat to wheat”. A further paper deals about the influence of feed quality on trouts (Oncorhynchus mykiss) farmed in certified organic plants.
