The June issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available

The new issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with a paper presenting an overview of the wide world of modern and ancient cereals. Another paper deals with the Barilla durum wheat sustainable farming project: cultural rotation and use of a decision support system.
