The March issue of “Tecnica Molitoria” is now available

The latest issue of TECNICA MOLITORIA is now available with the paper “Development of barley-based functional cous cous” winner of the Tecnica Molitoria Award set up by Chiriotti Editori in recognition of the best poster presented by young researchers at the 11th Aistec Congress in Rome.
