The new issue of “Industrie Alimentari” is now available

In this issue you will find a notifications’ review from microbial and chemical contaminants received by the RASFF, and the report of FachPack in Nuremberg.

We publish two conference reports: Sacmi showed the developments about people, manufacturing and system-Italy in the cyborg era; at the Packforum center of Sealed Air, the evolution of the cheese market and packaging was discussed, focusing on innovations and new sustainability approaches.
