The new issue of “Ingredienti Alimentari” is now available

In this issue you will find trends and results of applied research featuring nutrition and wellness, such as products and services, books, new laws, marketing surveys, and news from the world.

We usually take part in international conferences and exhibitions, thanks to which we can publish the latest in health, sustainability, and premium and functional foods.
