The latest issue of Industrie delle Bevande is now available

In this last issue of the year, we’re introducing you to our marketing feature. The Covid-19 semester also weighs on the world wine trade, sparkling wines ‘faded’ from the lockdown, losing share in all 10 top importers. Despite this, Italian wine manages to contain its losses and our Country is becoming more and more protagonist in the sales of wine in the United States. Here Covid-19 has changed the approach to wine consumption but has not depressed demand.

There is one thing that industry, society, and governments agree on: plastics are still being recycled in insufficient quantities. In this context, digital solutions will play a key role in traceability of material flows and an easier identification of materials.

We review machines and equipment, analysis and control systems, containers and closures, and products. We publish the recent applied researches in wine, focusing on malolactic fermentation and aroma composition, processing techniques, ozone efficacy, microoxygenation and nanofiltration, and news from the world and the upcoming events in agenda.
