The June issue of “Industrie Alimentari” is now available

In this issue we publish a study on the use of cluster ions during postharvest storage of sweet cherries and table grape, and the report of the Food Industry Summit, dedicated to the agri-food transformations and sustainability challenges. The same company protagonist of our special, Ulma Packaging, has been chosen as an example of customer service with environmentally friendly technologies and applications.

The Agrifood Forum, a digital conference about sustainable agriculture and food, featured the ecological transition: with the experts contributions, we update you on new best practices, between vision and technological innovation.
