The november issue of "Industrie Alimentari" is now available
It’s now available the latest issue of "Industrie Alimentari", where you will find an analysis of the organic food market, an investigation on the ability to form biofilms and peracetic acid resistance of of dairy S. aureus isolates, a study of the microbiological characterization of sushi, and another on the analysis of hard cheese with low salt content.
