Industrie delle Bevande of April is now available
Our collaborators from the best Italian Universities signed the scientific columns of Industrie delle Bevande of April: the first work on the Use of carboxymethylcellulose as an alternative to cold tartaric stabilization of white and red wines, and the second work on the analysis of phenolic compounds, chromatic properties, and antioxidant activity of rosé wines of Salento. 
We publish the second part of the novelties presented at Drinktec exhibition of Monaco and the findings on aromatic defects of bottled wine during the meeting organized by Amorim Cork Italy. 
We also propose machines and tools, studies, analysis and control, new labels of excellence and healthy drinks, market research, as well as a large section devoted to applied research.  And as usual the latest news from the world and the main events on the agenda for the sector.
