The latest issue of “Ingredienti Alimentari” is now shipping
The July/August issue of “Ingredienti Alimentari” is now available. You will find a note about product sustainable innovations in tomato products, and a work on the quality of Private Label yogurt.
We travelled in Paraguay to the discovery of stevia and to follow a IILA project aimed at promoting women producing stevia and increase the export.
